Our goal

Mower Outlet wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

The standard we are working toward

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard.

What we have done so far

• Text and background colour combinations used in our own page sections were checked against the WCAG AA contrast ratios.
• Interactive controls we add are reachable by keyboard and show a visible focus indicator.
• Decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology so they are not announced as content.
• Page content is structured with headings, lists and tables rather than layout alone.
• Product images carry alternative text.

Components we do not control

Parts of this website are provided by third parties, and their accessibility is outside our direct control. These include:

• The Wix website platform, including its site header, navigation menus, product gallery, cart and checkout.
• The Wix cookie consent banner.
• PayPal and Stripe payment interfaces presented during checkout.
• Embedded content and any third-party scripts used for analytics and advertising measurement.

We raise accessibility problems with these providers when we become aware of them, but we cannot guarantee or directly remediate their behaviour.

Known limitations

Because no audit has been performed, we cannot publish a complete list of accessibility barriers on this site. If you encounter one, please tell us — reports from visitors are currently our main source of information about problems.
