About an order

• Please have your order number ready — it is in your confirmation email.
• For a delivery appointment already scheduled by the freight carrier, contact the carrier directly using the details they gave you, as they hold the schedule.
• For freight damage, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and the annotated delivery receipt. See our shipping & delivery page.
• For a return, see our returns & refunds page and email us with your order number.
• For a warranty claim, see our warranty page and contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

Payment security

We accept orders through this website only and never take card details over the phone. If someone contacts you claiming to be Mower Outlet and asks for payment by any other method, it is not us — please report it to us.
