Agreement

These terms govern your use of moweroutlets.com and any purchase you make from Mower Outlet LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from this website. Orders are for delivery within the United States as described on our shipping & delivery page.

Product information

We work to describe products accurately, and specifications shown on product pages are drawn from manufacturer information. Manufacturers may change specifications, components or appearance without notice. Photographs are illustrative and may show optional accessories not included with the product. If a specification matters to your decision, please confirm it with us before ordering.

Pricing and MSRP

Prices are in United States dollars and may change without notice. Where a struck-through figure labelled MSRP appears, it is the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for that model — not a former Mower Outlet selling price.

Despite our efforts, an item may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price because of a typographic or system error. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and to issue a full refund.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing error, or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment

Accepted payment methods and processing are described on our payment methods page. Payment is authorized and captured when you place your order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout and collected where legally required. We accept orders through this website only and do not take payment by telephone.

Shipping, title and risk of loss

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Freight shipments are delivered curbside and require a signature. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. You are responsible for inspecting the shipment and noting any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and for reporting freight damage to us within 24 hours of delivery. Redelivery, storage or reconsignment fees resulting from a missed delivery appointment are your responsibility.

Returns

Returns are governed by our returns & refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Warranty and disclaimer

Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty as described on our warranty page. Mower Outlet does not provide its own separate warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for the manufacturer’s warranty and any rights you have under applicable law, this website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nothing here limits rights you may have under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act or other applicable consumer protection law.

Safe operation

Outdoor power equipment is dangerous if operated improperly. Read the manufacturer’s operator manual before use and follow all safety instructions, guards and maintenance requirements. You are responsible for safe assembly, operation and maintenance of the equipment you purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mower Outlet’s total liability arising out of or relating to a product or your use of this website will not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of use. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The content of this website is owned by Mower Outlet or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names, brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the equipment we sell. Mower Outlet is an authorized reseller of the brands offered on this site.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or a purchase from this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

These terms do not require arbitration and do not waive your right to participate in a class action.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and the version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
